Farmer Leader’s Exposure visit to Agroecology Good Practice

🌾 Sustainable future is being built by women farmers – Agroecology training in Daudkandi 🌿 Women's leadership in agriculture is gaining new heights. A 2-day Agroecology training was held in Daudkandi, Comilla on April 12 and 13, where 25 women farmer leaders from 17 upazilas of the district learned the techniques of sustainable agriculture practices directly at the field level. 📍The training was organized by CEA CAN Network, in collaboration with Shisuk and Comilla BARD. 🎤 The closing ceremony was addressed by Shisuk Advisor Senior Secretary Shahnaz Arifin, Executive Director Sakiur Millat Morshed, and Comilla BARD Joint Director Abu Taleb. This event is not just a training—it is a milestone in women's empowerment, environmental conservation, and climate adaptation. With the heartfelt hospitality of Ananya Nari Unnayan Sangstha, the participants were closely connected to rural life through home-stay. 🌱 These initiatives can further advance rural women's leadership in agriculture.
